It's already the 37th day, but I haven't lost any workers during the entire time, because I generally first fully study the anomaly and only then make up the work tactics for the day. So the best advice for newbies is to read about everything in your department.
Having been trying some challenge runs recently, I've gotta agree strongly with #3. The little log window in the bottom left of the screen is easy to undervalue and ignore, but it's saved me from so many disasters with abnos who have complicated work requirements, especially ones like the teddy bear and little prince!
Not really a tip but more of a thing I think more people should do. It pays off to read the lore and backstory of certain abnormalities. A lot of these backstories give the player some insight on how these abnormalities work. Some of them just straight up tells you what to expect when they breach. Namely, Dimensional Refraction Variant, Beauty and the Beast, and Nameless Fetus.
Thank you so much for this guide, LC is a really punishing game while sometimes the information displayed in game isn't enough to make you figure when did things go wrong. The fact that only sending Agents to work increases meltdown gauge helped me so much (cuz I assumed the game won't just let me send agents to risky abnormalities and then let me wait until they're fully healed to work again)
Kinda late but, if I get re-extraction later on, and go back to day 1, can I re-extract at like day 2 and other days before getting the Extraction Department?
Im on day 31 and thinking about resetting soon because i think my run is not going very well. Only problem is that I foolishly am way to attatched to my employees (mainly the high level ones) and dont want to lose them by resetting.
@@benjamincooper358 way too late since I've already reset and im back to like day 37 with all of my departments full of maxed out employees because I focused on grinding this time round lol. I wouldnt want to use the mod either way tho but thanks ig
