what does it matter whether he was born in Tibet or not he is truly a Tibetan and feels the pain for his people Tibet. some talk of slaves and so on, one time china had slavery too by rich and nobles, every country had gone changes through out history, so do not single out Tibet alone. The PRC invaded Tibet in 1950 and rules Tibet as a colony of China. It's classic colonialism. The PRC has turned Tibet into a giant police state. Tibetans can no longer live under CCP oppression. We also want democracy so it's unfortunate the Sikyong & the CTA has given up demanding democracy for Tibet.

Budhhism is great before and after the war. After 100 years of bleeding revolution we Indians taken away our beloved country from the Brits. If my motherland had not sacrificed her sons and daughters we would not be in any position to give protection to our Tibetian brothers and sisters! Gandhi wanted to free us, but NETAJI gave the Brits the tight slap. And the country resurged . - from the land of birth of Budhhism.
