I had crawfish and corn on the cob for lunch today. I live in Louisiana and my baby girl came to visit me from Oklahoma and we went and ate seafood. She had a seafood stuffed potato and fried catfish. She don’t get seafood seasoned like this in Oklahoma. After all we are the Cajuns. We know how to season food. Steamed sea lobster doesn't have any taste. Good to go with fish sauce, chilly oil or cheese souce. I wanna eat river lobster or prawns, taste mild sweet.
