My almost nine-year-old locs were just about at my tailbone. They were super heavy and hard to wash. I cut them twice already and will cut them again before the year is out. Much respect to you, brother, for being able to handle all that!! Your hair is beautiful!! 🙂
I have waist length locs. The bun in the back could also be contributing to the loss of hair at edges. As much as I love buns, I try to only do a top knot so that my edges aren’t pulled or weighted down. Mostly, I let my hair hang down loose.
It can. In my case I was experiencing alopecia but I’ve been treating it these last few months. Most of my hair has grown back. I’ll update sometime in the next month
@@NineZerosOfficial Thank you for responding. I forgot to mention, I enjoyed your videos and you have absolutely gorgeous locs. Continued blessings on your journey and thank you for being an inspiration.❤️✨✨✨✨✨
OMG, I normally spend at least an hour trying to get my waist length loc's in a top bun.. Took this video to the mirror and I did it in 10 minutes or less.. I had been rolling all of my locs around itself when trying to put it in a bun.. most of the time I just gave up. Thank you So Much 😘
@@NineZerosOfficial Yasss an updated version would be perfect. I just noticed this video is 10 years old but it doesn't matter how old it is Really, bcuz its So Helpful. I came here to RAVE again.. This morning I moisturized my hair lightly, before dividing my hair in 3 sections this time then wrapping them in a bun.. that came out Beautiful & Neat & I was finished in about 7 minutes ☺
Good video! My locs are waist length and I find it difficult to put them in a bun. Your tutorial is very easy, I can finally wear a bun! Love your locs they are beautiful!
Thanks for the video. My love are about the same length (8years). It's a challenge getting them into a bun all at once. Breaking it up into 2 sections looks nicer too.
