Nice video. I personally would have either beef or chicken Pho, but not both together as they each have a different task profile. The Pho broth should be clear and not cloudy. You should try the best local institutions, Pho Hien Vuong Pasteur 2 and Banh Mi Nhu Lan, in Footscray the next time you are in that part of town and tell us what you think. PS: Remember to ask for extra fat broth for the Pho dish to restore its original glory.

The one you should try is Pho Hung Vuong,in your back ground at the beginning of this video,the broth is much better and the meat is very fresh.Just around from this place.😊
