Huge respect to what this man has achieved. Coming from a foreign land and teaching our ancient ways to our own land. In tamizh there is a saying - "Unave marundhu" which translates in English as "Our daily food is medicine". The way our ancients lived, cultivated and ate it was medicinal and therapeutic and this man is opening our eyes to it again

We been brain washed by western corporations to eat their products n make them rich. We have own healthy diet. Which has much more nutrition. We forgot all that . Now These guy from overseas have to teach us about our culture to us. I salute this guy.

i appreciate McKenzie form bottom of my heart. but I afraid this will create awareness for this natural organic products more rise in price for that products. these are the people who introduced us to chemical fertilizers to sell it to us. now they reintroducing organics to us
True we had always done what he says but then west introduced all non sense now they come back and think they knw and teach us. The organic is of the west. Our homes however small always have a banana papaya drumstick and coconut tree. Only we are yet to respect and understand our own greatness
If we cultivate organic vegetables and fruits rise in prices will not affect us.We have to encourage our next generation also to value organic farming.

Instead of gossiping and verbally abusing shy colleagues offices all India can use their 'ample' extra time to cultivate vegetables and herbs that they can eat and sell. Every office member if he or she uses intervals or free time to honouring mother nature and community they could stop wrecking theur karma which has dedtroyed India so far. Wake and stop verbally abusing your colleagues and neighbours and instead cultivate local plants and explore the road back to nature. Parties and verbal abuse must stop all over India!
I don’t mean any disrespect to this man or anybody from Europe. About 100s of years ago, our Tamil culture was way pure than what this man is actually describing how and what we are supposed to eat. Fast forward today, our traditions and cultures got massively destroyed by invasion from various countries/continents. If those invasions never happened we would have been living the best life in the world. We wouldn’t be having RU-vid or Google or any of the technology for that matter but we would have had our life which we are missing out big time. We lost the most important thing in our life - its life itself. We are wanting more and more everyday which is what the western world made us into. There is no limit to this want. The western world looks up to a man who does something nobody has done before. While in the eastern world people look up to a man who does nothing and renounces everything. We just have to look back and live our original lives. Not the masks we are wearing today. Remember, we don’t have unlimited resources to satisfy the want of a large group of greedy people.
Really a foreigner (please no offence against him) had to come to our country to awaken Indians ... I am ashamed... somewhere all of us are running behind the western way of living and forgetting the richness of our Indian way of living
