Paramvir ji, loved your video. Best way to know the region is from the local food market. It is funny about the grasshoppers, you even get them in the US is mexican grocery store. I definitely missed your video after a long break. If you are visiting Cancun, travel 1-2 hour west of Cancun to take deep dive in "Cenotes" e.g. Cenote Elvira or Cenote Suytun, it will be experience of a lifetime.
