People "feel helpless" because they are helpless. What can anyone do in the face of such extreme weather ? Just leave or stay and wait it out - also pray.
Because this account covers cyclone,typhoons and Hurricanes, maybe tornadoes and Monsoons too, I'm not sure about storm and rain flooding. They should cover it though, but I don't think they cover that sort of disaster.
@@AsserYarafatso absolutely incorrect and you have no idea what you're speaking about. Several people died, at least two islands have close to 90% of buildings damaged, and entire sectors have lost their livelihoods.
