Good point about Tysons. I think the main difference here is that Tysons was built up with large office towers, apartments, and shopping complexes to become a regional commercial hub, while Loudoun Gateway's surroundings are zoned for and being developed in to more data centers. And it doesn't seem like that's going to change much in the near future. Hopefully planners can find a way to get more use out of this station (better road connections seem like a good place to start, and this is fortunately already underway). Thanks for watching!
