However, when these looters are found an prosecuted. Will their sentences reflect the abhorrent behaviour displayed by them? If they justly get prison terms (really!), then the question becomes the Parole Board. The history of our Parole Board is peppered with decisions, leading even to deaths of former victims or as sadly, random victims. Kiwi Gutsful
