The baristas probably know more than you expect. They probably knew months ago. I'm a cashier and word gets around in small towns. Man, the revenue is kinda shit for all the time spent making videos. A regular job would make money a lot faster. Even my low paying pt cashier job brings in way more than that in a week and it's super easy. I watch youtube or read most of the shift. PT gardening on top of that pays twice the amount but it's harder so I like keeping it to two days a week. I'm paying $100\month to camp in my prius behind a house, it's cozy, I like it. Saving up quickly and easy, gotta get ready to replace that car eventually and buy a patch of land to make a permaculture nut orchard garden.
My name is Kadesha I am a woman I grew up in the Bronx New York living in all Bouroughs. I’ve finally decided to hit the road and travel and tent camp across America. After years of working a normal job being in and out the mental hospital and not feeling okay .. but yes time for change and to travel the us and document it, so happy to be going out and that I came across this channel
I love all sorts of weird minimal lifestyles. Started with backpacking, knowing how to pack a camp setup that you can carry long distances makes any other form of minimalism very easy. Tents are a lovely space to occupy, nothing better than sleeping with the sound of rain on a tarp. Gotta watch out for humidity if long term camping, I've had gear get moldy during a super rainy summer in VT. My camp was in the shady woods and I couldn't dry everything out enough with 5 out of every 7 days a rain day that summer.
I’m challenging myself to live this way, to help inspire others who are homeless or wish to go tent living themselves. Not everyone will be able to work. so they know they’re not alone. It’s a challenge, a journey.
Doing well, thank you 🙏🏼 I’ll have to answer that in another video, but thankfully where I’m at, it doesn’t rain much. It’s dry season right now, but if it did rain, I’d place the tent cover that came with the tent. And probably stay indoors somewhere, Starbucks or something like I do when it’s hot
