Thanks for the video! Very clarifying! The command locate already exist in 1999, I did used it in the past, and I think find is more new. Find is pre installed in ubuntu nowadays by default. Locate you have to install it separately.

plocate is the newer locate version where you don't have to manually update the database. It is constantly updated by a demon.
