Mister Pratto, what does fuse dome mean?

I have a 1992 Toyota Previa which I'm trying to restore. My problem now is my blinker switch. My left blinkers work perfectly. When I turn on my right blinker, sometimes it does nothing. Other times, it does nothing, but I hear like it has a short somewhere. Other times, very seldom, it works perfectly. Perhaps changing the switch will work, but I don't know how! I need help. Thanks!
