It is hard to believe this roller coaster has been around since 1978. For nearly 50 years it has existed, and it was my first roller coaster ride 20 years ago. 😊

I hope I get to ride it soon! Busch Gardens (both parks) and Cedar Point and Magic Mountain are 4 parks I would love to visit! (Never been to USA)

not really. it got a new track and a new car and ride theming not all of the ride theming is there yet, it’ll all be there when the ride opens for everyone on may 10th

They repainted, added a bunch of theming and added an actual story to the ride. I'm pretty sure certain parts of the track were retracked or resurfaced and the trains were fully refurbished but I'm not 100% certain.

@ryan-uk6jf your wayyyy to sensitive then. I do agree that the transitions are janky, but that's just because it was an old arrow dynamics coaster designed by hand. Even still, they arent painful.

⁠@@ot.bot.249As someone who’s actually ridden Nessie before the refurbishment, I have to agree with what you’re saying! The fact that some people just find something as small as a janky transition and call the coaster a rough ride is just like “What the actual hell”
