WELP, here we go! First vlog of 2021, apologies for the delay, have still been posting lots over on the main channel. Love you all and hope you are managing to stay safe :)
Omg Jesse and sissy no longer live there?! The Booth house is emptying and I'm feeling second hand empty nester syndrome lol. At least Grack and Banksy are still around!
Wish I sew tbh😅 but by the end of the year maybe I have time to get better at it 🙈 btw if you’re looking for something to watch, I have a channel as well with vlogs from London ☺️
Hi Grack, I made the one pot mushroom pasta that you made, for my fam last night and OMG it was sooo good !! It’s the first time I’ve cooked on my own since my anorexia diagnosis and I’m so happy I made that dish ! Lots of love xxx
Aww well done Maisie. Hope your recovery is going well. Lovely to hear that you are taking inspiration from Grace as she's such a great role model in terms of eating. She has such a good attitude towards food. So reassuring and refreshing xx
grack anyone else’s fave youtuber? if i’m ever having a bad day or even a good day i’m like ‘oo i really hope she uploads’ guaranteed to make me smile :) xx
Grace , make a memory quilt with all the clothes you never wear but want to keep . Cut squares out of each item and then sew together. It's also nice to make of loved ones who pass old clothes.
Yeahh it feels like as Grace is getting more popular she’s sharing less, which is kinda sad but also, like, I get it. Her family probably don’t want all their life details on the internet... I can’t help feeling nosey though !!
@D W I completely disagree! I’m sorry you feel that way but I loved watching Grack from the start because of how much of a wholesome person she is and because of that she’s got so popular - understandably! But I can’t imagine how my family might feel if I suddenly got propelled to fame... you know? I watch for her content not to see into her private life 😊
don’t know if anyone has already commented on this but grace be careful with hanging your sweaters (especially the knitted ones) because due to the weight and elasticity they tend to stretch and eventually they may get ruined I know it’s easier to hang them but it is better to store them folded and stacked, just thought you should know 💕
Thank you. As a knitter and crocheter, I cringe thinking about and seeing the way people treat these items lol 😂 I always give a big lecture about it before I give something I've made to someone, too 😅 But it really takes a lot of effort and time to hand make these items so if people are ungrateful or careless I just won't do it. I'm sure most of hers are store bought and machine made, but still lol
I think we can show respect and appreciation towards Grace by not trying to 'speculate' about whatever happens in her private life. As much as we're used to people giving up their lives for others to see, as it gives them views, money, whatever, I totally love how Grace steps away from that and keeps in mind her family's wishes. Let's love her content and be satisfied with the lovely things she makes and not try be nosy :D after all, she doesn't really owe anyone an explanation!! Love you and your family Grace xx sending hugs
Idk if there’s too much personal/family info involved, but I’d love a ‘life update’ vid...Seems like lots is changing but hasn’t been acknowledged unless I’ve missed something - Chloe moved out? Grace switched bedrooms? She has a manager on RU-vid and is doing sponsorships? I’m so curious!!
I’m curious too about the whole Booth family but yeah, they may want privacy. Maybe Grace could just explain? Also love Claire Saffitz and her desert person RU-vid.
Consider: letting go of those clothes is giving other people the opportunity to make memories in them. It spreads the love a little further. Remember, the memories are yours forever with or without the item.
I completely adore, how you and your Mum are getting along! I don't know it's just so lovely to see your good relationship and that you are watching TV together is so cute. Never did that with my Mum
"This is no time for ease and comfort. It is the time to dare and endure." (Winston Churchill). Thank you Grace for helping us endure...bring on the baking and here's to brighter days ahead xx
Grace, just wanted to add if I had a difficult time letting clothes go, my mom would tell me that the outfit would give someone else a great deal of pleasure/joy, just as it had me. Might help you in letting go of things, but I can very much relate to the difficulty of it.
I love it when you go to Coscto! I work for Costco Canada and I absolutely love it when you video in there, love seeing the products! As for folks jumping the queue, oh my that would of cause a major fight here! No one jumps or buds in the line! Lol!
I genuinely would like to see grace get into kpop a bit but also try journal I feel like that would be fun for you journal about anything you like or a physical recipe book
makes me laugh every time you talk to banksy bc i was exactly the same with my cat, i got her as a kitten when i was 4 and she lived to 18 (last year, i was 22) and i never got over how cute she was! i was just obsessed with her every day of my life and i’ve never met anyone who was the same hahah
I agree that Monday and Tuesday are the best days! I have so much energy and motivation on Monday because I'm refreshed after the weekend and then as the week goes on I get more tired.
Just take pics of memory clothes or items stick it in a scrapbook decorate write the memory on the page next to the picture and donate the item or store it in a sentimental tub and put it away in an attic or ontop of a closet as a memory box.
If you’re looking for thick leggings, Fabletics has some great ones! I use the Powerhold high waisted. They also come in tall! My last pair lasted over 3 years! Not sure if they ship to the UK, but they might 🤗
I have similar sensory issues, everything has to feel just right for me to get to sleep... Are you now sleeping in Chloe's old room? I noticed a couple of vlogs ago that you were in a different room!
I think she must be, I even rewinded the video to see if I had missed her saying it but I guess she just forgot lol. She mentioned Chloe doesn't live there anymore so I think we're just to assume that's what happened
@@LaurenKateB11 ah yes as they shared the bathroom!! Hmm you could be right. It's like the mystery of the repainted kitchen all over again, lol. Maybe she will tell us one day
@@LaurenKateB11 I wondered that too about it being Jesse's room because of the slanted ceiling over the bed, just figured it was Chloe's because she moved out. I thought if she was gonna use Jesse's she would have done that when he moved out
Has she mentioned moving room at some point?? I think I missed it but I am almost 100% more she has moved room (in the house), please help, am I going crazy?????????
@@harmonyhope1709 they're £85 😬 i was lucky enough to have been given mine as a gift because of a special deal they had on buying 2. I can see why theyre so expensive because of the quality however there are similar ones on the market that are a lot cheaper. Hope this helps in your quest for comfort!
Omg I made a millionaires shortbread the other week and it was gorgeous, it was eaten very quick! Also if I ever need cheering up I watch your vids, your positive vibes are just unmatched :) x
you should come to finland. we have enough snow to share with you haha. in my yard alone we have like a whole freaking pile. like 20 centimetres or something.
Suggestions for getting rid of clothes that are attached to memories: put them in a box or bags and put them away for 6 months or so, you are most likely going to forget about them and then you can throw them away as you know you don’t really need them. But also by not throwing them away immediately, you can always take them back if you change your mind :)
@@beckyjones7705 I thought so too! In fact, I spent a ton of time watching videos trying to figure out if I had just missed where she talked about moving rooms....but found nothing and was like what?!
Grace, my mum and I would like to try and make sourdough but all the instructions online are a bit overwhelming, starting the starter, feeding the starter, ruining the stater, throwing it away, starting again! Could you do a start to finish of how you do yours, please? You seem to be good at it and think you could explain it well, in easy terms, thanks in advance xx PS you need to keep that last dress! It’s adorable 😍
Grace, you should watch "Rumour Has It" with your mum!!! it's such a great movie, so funny! and it's storyline is including a mother daughter basis sort of
From reading the comments I don't think she made it a big deal online like she did when her brother moved out because chlo likes to keep her life a bit more private x
Keep the hair on a side (not split in the middle)! Looks so good this way :) I mean of course wear whatever you like and whatever feels comfortable for you, but just saying, looks great on a side ;)
Grace will you pleeeease do a series of baking videos teaching us to make some of your favorite desserts? That would be so fun to make some of your recipes.
Tarte tatin, as in Tatin sisters who apparently discovered it... A tartine is a piece of bread with something on top in France, usually for breakfast (butter and jam), or an open sandwich in Belgium.
Grace. If it makes you feel better I still have a dress from when I was about 3. I turn 20 this year and I still refuse to get rid of it. It was from monsoon.
I think it's from a company called Pufflie. Scroll down this page to the gallery. I don't know if they have that pattern in stock still? pufflie.com/products/pufflie
@@franh4570 just a reminder that not all weight loss is healthy, could be due to illness, eating disorders etc, and praising someone for losing weight could be harmful. Just a heads up :)
@@franh4570 thank you for the compliment, it's something I'm proud of because I've never stuck to losing weight before and I feel healthier than I was before
No shade Grack, but I know you’ve conscious of the environment etc and you should look into fast fashion and how when you send clothes back online after trying them on (or even if they haven’t been opened) they almost always end up in landfill because it’s “easier” for the companies than reprocessing them for selling again :-(
There's actually a condition where people have genuine feelings for inanimate objects and believe that these objects have feelings which can make throwing things away more difficult. You can actually be really attached to things and fear of rejecting them if getting rid of them. Maybe Grace has this? (I know it sounds strange but I actually experience it myself)!!!!!! Your can have it to a greater or lesser degree ❤️ I'm especially bad with stuffed toys and things with faces such as novelty gloves, hats or socks etc...
