This is the digital build of my MOC Lookdown fish. It’s an alternate of the 31088 Deep Sea Creatures set. The Lookdown, Lookdown Fish or Moonfish is a curious looking beast, definitely worthy of the MOC treatment. But for me, because I designed this model in the middle of the 2020 Coronavirus Lockdown, it will forever be remembered as the ‘Lockdown Fish’.
With all the unusual angles and curves of this fish I had to design the rear half upside-down, which does make for an interesting build.
