My first video is doing fantastic so I wanna thank all you guys for liking and sharing! also thank RU-vid for actually putting my video out there because usually they just block my videos and screw me over. Anyways, I hope you guys find this one as funny as the first! Comment scenes you wanna see in a third video!

I Changed The Name sorry, so basically the joke is a two part joke. In my opinion at least. Since the guy is an undercover cop and ice cube is actually the cops boss the whole witness joke is two fold. It’s both referencing the fact that they are both cops and he’s making small talk, but also pointing out that there are witnesses around so the boss can’t assault him for dating his daughter

What's funnier is Anthony, the actor portraying NoHo Hank was in deep character with the actor who was shot in the shoulder. There was an original line with the word "balls" and then the other actor, shot in she shoulder, improvised "then you're the king of suck ball mountains". They had to cut because no one in the set could stop laughing. It made the cut and Bill Harder still laughs like a puppy while telling this story. You can look it up (:
