The only thing why I think lockdown would win is because while auto bots are trying to fight in mega, Tron lockdown would be in his ship, waiting for mega Tron to go somewhere drop down use his face cannon shoot him what he’s weak, and Optimus prime has left him thinking he was dead she would rip out a spark and boom lockdown wins, but Megatron also has the infinite lives glitch with the amount of deceptive cons by his side so it’s basically an even fight

Lockdown was more of a hired Assassin but he was murderous and would kill with no hesitation, Megatron was like a power hungry Mobster with a cold and ruthless demeanor, both are very much similar.

I personally like both villains equally so this is my unbiased opinion on the fight TF1: LockDown Wins barely TF2: LockDown Slams TF3: LockDown Kirbstomps Galvatron: LockDown Mid Diff TF5: Megatron Slams reason being lockdown only got cheap shots on prime and took advantage when prime was distracted with Yeager. While TF5 which is primes "prime" Optimos kills megatron with the help of bee while megatron only has one arm. Megatron is more durable and is much stronger than lockdown. He is also arguably more skilled than lockdown. Lockdowns sniper would be useless in a close ranged 1v1 so he would be forced with a melee weapon which Megatron is more experienced with and is more skilled.
Tough choice but ill give it to meGoatron just because of sheer raw physical prowess. Lockdown wouldnwin if he was just a little more physically capable

I mean his fighting opponents that don't rely on long range combat most of the time. In a fight with an opponent like Lockdown he'd use long range strategy considering Lockdown falls back. Megatron is not stupid. Even Prime in TF3 ends up using long range when it was necessary.
I feel like lockdown being a transformer with maybe millions of years if experiance that works for the "Creators" would have a bigger advantage than the newer megatron.

Honestly, I think it could go either way but I would give it to lockdown but it definitely won’t be easy. Megatron’s much bulkier body and durability It will take a lot to take him down.
