Yo, I completely forgot this wasn't a Disney movie and I had a "nearly spitting out my drink" moment when he actually said the forbidden s word that Disney pretends to not exist.
I love how only the Principal is questioning the impromptu dance number. Everyone is eventually sucked in, and the only other one who does actually legitimately question it thinks it's charming, and the third is just pissed off he's impressing everyone.

@@xy3951 nope not true. I went to a performing arts school and this was definitely the norm. People would sing and do performances just like this all of the time. Especially when the school was preparing for the Spring Musical or any other annual community performances

I was the same because I was afraid that the music would be great to a crappy movie, but glad i was wrong. I had Drowning on my yt playlist for years before watching the movie lol
Loved this movie so much. Plus really love Ross Lynch, Olivia Holt and R5. Great singers! All great. Plus look at Ross's girlfriend's face (I think the brunette was his real girlfriend?) in the beginning and the Principal's 😄🤣
