This story has been repeated everywhere and anywhere up and down the country, especially to women who speak out or post stickers. They know you've done nothing illegal but they will intimidate you as much as possible, recording a "non-crime hate incident" even though saying women are adult human females is not hate. The process is always the punishment.

As a fan of alternative/punk music, it's depressing how gender ideology is silencing the voices of what could be some really powerful songs from artists like Louise. I think she is a very strong and brave woman.

The process is the punishment , this is why the police do it,…. If trans women was women then why are they called “trans women” and not just women?

1. Biological sex is determined by genetics and sexual development, and cannot be fundamentally changed. 2. Transgender women, while identifying as women, have male biology at a chromosomal and sex developmental level. 3. The need for cross sex hormone therapy in transgender individuals demonstrates the underlying biological differences. 4. Gender identity does not alter these biological realities. 5. The category of "woman" in a biological sense refers to adult human female which does not apply transgender women.

They needed to take her for questioning for something said on TV which they could easily have referenced without arrest. They’re right. This was nothing more than intimidation and bullying. The fact she had to be naked with a body cammed officer for a NON crime is a violation. They filmed her dressing, therefore, could have shared that footage of her exposed with activists OR it could be accessed by activists within the force (and likely has been). Hope the arresting officers are thoroughly investigated themselves.

To have to get dressed in your home, being watched is appalling.

Louise should most definitely make the police complaint and start a process of taking them to court. It was not an invitation for an interview. No woman would go un-repaired and certainly not be getting dressed with a police officer present in order to attend. Disgusting.

That was such a well timed and interesting question. Did you not want to speak up in case you got aggro for it. I was in the supermarket queue yesterday chatting to a person I knew, she asked what I’d voted. For a second there I actually nearly lied, thankfully my brain wing manned my internal debate with the same answer I always come to in an awkward situation; just put your head down and tell the truth. So I did. I voted Reform. And some people actually gasped with horror. I was like, oh well won’t be shopping here anymore 🤷 Then a little voice piped up from the back of the diverse queue: “Good girl” And I felt restored. You gotta brave it out and risk offending people. When you do it, other people feel a bit braver too. Sorry, but of an essay, but that a really good question that speaks to the heart of it. She has a very good case to sue the police. They will settle out of court.The custody sergeant should have refused to accept the arrest.There is no such crime as ‘hate crime’ . The so called ‘hate’ element is an aggravating factor in a specific offence that affects sentencing. You cannot be arrested for hate crime.per se.

Trans women are NOT women, they are men. When they release without charges such as in this case, the punishment is the process and the intimidation...

It would be better to let Louise talk a bit more, rather than the two interviewers constantly talking over her.

Everyone keeps saying that women have to change this and look what happens to them when they try !.

That is also to reduce her social mobility. Any travel forms/insurance forms, jobs, now ask whether you were arrested for any reason, suspended for any reason, therefore the establishment are training officers and leaders in workplace to induce mass subservient behaviour by ‘investigating’ every little complaint. As a teacher I have seen this happen to colleagues and myself if we raise concerns. The leaders have suggestion boxes one way of catching out any one who wants to speak the truth about abuses of power.

If it says its not a man and we say its not a woman therefore it must be a creature and should be classified as a creature and dealt with as a creature, essentially a creature should not occupy a woman's toilet, nor should any woman in sports compete against a creature.
