Great video Glenn. I look forward to using your locking levers as I have experienced the same frustration with the bolts and wrench system. Glenn - super informative as always - thanks very much. I was particularly interested in your comment on the dovetail jaw, as my experience is that that for coring, the dovetail shape tends to initiate the foot breaking off during a bind or catch, so I had resorted to overtightening the serrated jaws. I will adjust my spear-point scraper angle and give the dovetails another try (perhaps I had too much angle on my foot?). Do you have any insight on sharpening the oneway knife blade inserts?
