Eduardo Gea hey, you have to put a tension between the two parts by pulling them away. You then turn it to each number to detect the most hard-turning number. Then you turn this hard-turning number untill you feel the mecanism of the lock(it can be a "tick" or the two parts giving away a little bit more. Repeat the operation for each number Hope I helped you✌

I didn't use the lock for a long time. It is in open state (pin not plugged). It barely wanted to move, I think got a bit clogged (rusty?). Using WD40, I could make it rotate and finally I could even turn the reset wheel. The pin gradually goes in for the last 3 numbers, but when I get to the first one, which is in theory correct, the pin still doesn't want to go in. I tried rotating it slowly with all the 10 combinations, but no success. Is the mechanism stuck inside? What would you do? Thanks!

I brought a decathlon lock only last night and I did the code I wanted and all that but I can’t twist any of the keys when I pull the lock no matter what key it is I just can’t move them
bruh is there a method for unlock the lock if u put the combination with the last number at a half between two numbers? because for trying this I put a casual combination making a photo t that without looking for beeing sure, i wasn't able to unlock that so i watched the puoto and it's 8-5-6-9/0, the last one is between 9 and 0 and i tried with all the numbers of the last number and it didn't worked

Vicente Dominguez tenes que ejercer presión hacia afuera vas a notar que en un punto se pone mas pesada la vuelta, siempre hacelo desde donde se habré hacia adentro de la combinación.
Es verdad, se puede hacer como menciono este amigo, para ser ma especifica, con la mano derecha ejerce precion hacia tú derecha, como si lo fueras a retirar; luego, vas chequeando o girando las 4 corridad de los números... inicias con la primera corrida hasta que se siente un leve sonido o desajuste... lo dejas en ese numero y continúas con la siguiente corrida y así hasta llegar al último. ( o sea, si la clave que se te olvido fue 2021... empiezas por el último número que es el "1" y terminas con el último que sería el numero "2")... todo ese procedimiento efectuando la precion con tu mano derecha.
