I ordered directly off the site and the hair looks pretty good/loc'd well (I'm making microloc extensions) But I haven't tried washing or doing anything else to it though. Do you think the amazon version is a cheaper version? What did you end up using instead?

Their reviews say that it's not human hair and it doesn't take dye. I'm mad because I've had them in my locs for a little over a year now and I was just thinking about dying them... I had two locks that I realized were big enough to be three locs so I took them down and was left with one loc and about 2 inches of hair that was enough for two more locs, the rest of my natural hair is about 12 inches so I went back to their website to buy 2 single dreads and I noticed a review saying it doesn't take a dye. I can't speak for the loose bundles but the extension are decent as long as you don't want dye. My new loctician couldn't even tell that I have extension but I can, the hair isn't dense, it's soft and it doesn't match my color all the way. My natural hair is like a jet black and they claim the extensions are natural black but I can tell the difference. Overall the extensions aren't bad, they could be better but I've definitely seen a lot worst. Before these I went to a shop and paid $400 for extensions, the lady pulled out a pack of straight hair weave (all fake hair) it didn't even resemble my texture at all.. like not even a little bit, then about 50-60 locs fell out in the first month after getting it done so I just didn't go back to that place. I later found extensions on Etsy that claimed to be human hair but it was horrible and felt like touching a steel brillo pad..then I found loc sanity and I was satisfied with what I got from them but now I want dye.

Sitting here now pissed at locsanity. This is my 1st time buying hair from this company and it's shitty 😔

Hi Akiyiakelly, I"ve been watching your videos forever, and you always have great knowledge to share. I have a question I just did my microlocs with extensions a few days ago, my issue is my ends are stiff and too curly how do I get this to lay, like maybe a waves, or just hang more. Thank you for answers all our questions
