lod bias/quake textures with any amd/radeon video card, most games 

srry if its a bit long i didn't write a script lol. a couple notes that i should have said in the video
- works w/ amd (radeon) cards but I think a couple newer have different registry structures so this guide may be outdated for those
- works in games that use dx9 and lower. (no longer works in cs since csgo→cs2 went from dx9→dx11 T_T)
- this gives no fps boost
- your exact path is going to differ since your gpu's hardware id will be different. just look for one with /0000/UMD as I showed
- if you have an nvidia card i'd recommend using nvidiainspector since you can set LOD values per-game
- regedit will open to your last accessed hive, so toggling it on/off is pretty quick
