Good video! Just make sure you compare it against the instructions on their website. The video leaves out some important items that are covered in the online instructions. Using just the online instructions would be difficult, and using just a video would be difficult. Using them both together makes the job much easier. A few times during the installation, I had to reach out to LOD customer service. They were pretty quick to respond to all my questions. Just finished the install and it seems like a really solid product. I can’t wait to try it out under actual trail conditions.
Hey thanks for making a video install guide! I suggest you guys post torque specs somewhere also. For everyone doing this install I would recommend test fitting the bumper then drilling the holes in the chassis with the bumper removed again. Got the 1.5" socket at autozone for $9.
How durable/longevity is the latch and rubber pucks? considering me for instance, I do lots of outdoors and would like the gadgets that go along with it and i will open and close on many occassions. Will they wear down? I love this bumper... Thanks for the upload sincerely.
I just install my shorty rear bumper and I can’t get this 4 inch bolts in on the side as the bumper blocks access. Also the washers overlap. Any advice?
@@coldsteel86 Yes, it would be nice if they would respond and/or include instructions with their equipment. I guess they are too busy counting all the money they charge for these parts and expect you to just know how they all fit together.
