Sept. 23-30 we are staying at Dockside Dec. 4-8th for The OI mini meetup either cabana bay or Adventura. I'll have to check for deals still. Great video I stayed at Royal Pacific once and didn't try any of their restaurants. Because we got the club level. Great video

I went to Universal with my aunt and daughter in 2013 and we stayed at Royal Pacific. I loved the Age of Travel aesthetic. I love that place. One night, I went to the pool with my daughter and we got ourselves some ice cream while watching Madagascar. That’s one memory I will cherish til the day I die. We never got to see a luau so I hope you’re able to make a video about it.

First hotel we stayed at when we went to the parks. We loved it. Jake had great pizza so we make sure we get it everytime we made a trip to the parks. I want to stay there again sometime but our last few trips we've stayed at Sapphire Falls.

We stayed there last December when we made the trip to Universal for our 35th anniversary. We loved it and the staff was super friendly and yes we had a sink with running water 😂🤣😂🤣 and when we come back we’ll stay there again

I know what you mean about the pillows. We stayed at Disney's Port Orleans. I took a picture of the pillow tag, came home and immediately called the company and ordered two. The manufacturer was actually cheaper than Amazon by 50%. Best purchase ever!!

Commenting again to add another really great perk im not sure ifvyou guys have mentioned is the concierge service of being able to book reservations for you. We wanted to go to Cowfish one evening after park close but they were fully booked. I just used the text message service and they were able to get us a reservation within fifteen minutes❤

You can check in as early as 7 am and leave your bags with luggage services! Your room might not be ready until 4, but you can still go enjoy the parks or the hotel!

Hard Rock is also our favorite resort but the only reason that is is because it's so close to the parks. 3 min walk at best. If Royal Pacific was just as close it would for sure take the #1 spot. Royal Pacific is only like an 8 min walk so not that far but 8 min at the end of a long park day is still 8 min.

How close are the premier hotels to Universal Parks? We go to Disney at least once a year, but I haven't been to Universal since I was a child so im clueless! The hotel looks really nice and it sounds like they have nice perks for the premier hotels.

it depends on which resort! They are all within walking distance with Hard Rock being a 5 minute walk and Portifino being about a 12-15 minute walk!

If you've never heard of ParkScents, they are a third party company that makes theme park inspired candles. They have a few really good and accurate ones, but two of their best are for the E.T Adventure and Royal Pacific (they call it Royal Sapphire). Especially the one for Royal Pacific is extremely accurate. You smell it and you are immediately transported into the lobby.

I purchased the 4 small candle pack earlier this year and I was really impressed with how accurate the smells are. I ordered Haunted Mansion & Pirates Caribbean out of curiosity, and they really do smell just like the rides. My favorite scents (and the candles I will definitely order again) are the Wilderness lodge and Polynesian.

I stayed at Royal Pacific my last trip and loved everything about it. I had a view of Islands of Adventure from my room and loved watching the rides go through their course from my room. I loved being able to easily walk to City Walk and the park entrances, it made it really easy to come and go to the parks throughout the day.

It’s crazy how close RP is to Islands even though there’s a road between them! Lol we love how close the premier hotels are, too. It’s so convenient to be able to run back and forth between the parks and your hotel!

Love you too! You’re a little off on your pricing though. We’ve stayed at the RP many times and usually pay around $450 per night (after all them fees and taxes) for a standard king. And that’s making some effort to avoid peak season. But it’s still worth every Penny, if only for the express pass.

Ahh so much to say! First off YES TYLER YES ITS A THING NOW 🤣 😂 So glad to see this! Made my heart so happy after our stay there. If you like key lime you have to try the key lime cake at jakes but fair warning it's massive! And the pretzel rods also at Jake's are 🤤. I thought Aluc would love the splash pad, but that water is COLD so he stayed in the pool. There are 2 hot tubs, but we didn't know that until our last day because they are hidden over by the bar. The luau is AMAZING. The pricing varies normal vs priority seating. you don't need priority, not a bad seat imo, but you do get a cool tiki cup if you do it.

Unfortunately your parking is tied to your room, and you’ll be charged a single day premium fee if you park at CB and don’t have a room key to swipe on the way out. I’m not positive what the rate is at CB, but at the premier hotels it’s $50/day.

Hey yall, when my daughter and I stayed at Endless Summer Dockside last year, we had the one bedroom suite so I could have own private room. If I am not mistaken we did have a microwave in our room. I'll know for certain in a couple of weeks when we get down there. We are staying again at Endless Summer but over at Surfside this time in another one bedroom suite. So if I am correct about the microwave in a value suite room, I am wondering why the deluxe places do not have one? Curious.

They’re about the same walk, honestly! Depending on where your room is at LPB it could be a little closer, but it’s a toss up. They’re both wonderful hotels, you can’t go wrong!

We stayed at RP in January. I Thought it would smell amazing. Every time I got off the elevator & entered the lobby it smelled like a flower trying to cover the smell of cigarettes & poop. Was very disappointed in this hotel.

We are staying at the Hard Rock. We love to be able to walk to the parks and the Express Pass. Definitely expensive, but we usually feel it is worth it since we go at busy times of year...........We love you website and maybe we will see in the parks!! I stayed at hard rock last year for a week. Will be staying here this year. This looks so much better than the hard rock. Wish I stayed here last year. Also I got the club level room for basically nothing by booking several months in advance.

hi both, we stayed there in may, wow is all i can say, much better that the hrh i have to say, the staff were brilliant as was our room 3714, we will not be staying anywhere else in future, im sure you had the breakfast buffet there with much potatoes and beacon i think😃😃 keep up the good work you two martin from the uk

That firepit space (the luau) is where we got married! We were supposed to have the ceremony on the beach but it got rained out and they moved us there for free. Happy accidents!

We were unfortunately at Universal when Ian hit and the parks closed - but on the plus side, that gave us a chance to explore hotels that we normally wouldn't have! And yes, as soon as we walked into Royal Pacific, we were shocked with how quiet it was. Felt like we didn't belong 😂

Been waiting for your royal pacific deep dive. Our favorite hotel in Orlando for twenty plus years. And the Orchid lounge love is on point. Fantastic affordable sushi and it’s normally open until 11 pm or later depending on time of year so you can hit it after a late night at the parks. Will be back in September!
