Emanuel, thanks for the relevant information. If I must add, the pavement you are referring to as coal tar is really called in construction "Asphalt Pavement". Thanks for the relevant videos. Keep it up. I'm subscribed and I share your videos here in the USA.
Mr Kortu, did I hear you say from from WVS Turbman to Sirleaf? I think you are mistaking, there was no road to be paved by Turbman, the road in question was constructed by WVST, William R.Torbert implemented the village to market roads in Lofa county to be followed by its pavement when the coup of 1980 happened! Ellen, and Weah take the blame! One thing they failed to recognize is that the government losing resources as to results of the bad road to the "breadbasket of Liberia. During the raining season, the Lofaians especially at the borders prefer to trade in neighboring country!!! We need to recognize the struggle of the pioneer children Who struggled to firstly stop the Europeans from colonization of this land, second the struggles to extend the country from Monrovia to what is now called Mary land in Liberia, cape mount that took many years to accomplish, and finally, Lofa, Bong and Nimba United as one country just over five decades ago!
