As a Christian who constantly leans on lo-fi music when I need something to jam to, I'm grateful that this is from a group of believers. Id rather give you the streams =] God bless you
It might help if you look at your goal through a different lens. Instead of thinking "I will try to overcome listening to secular music" (by secular music I assume you mean music with messages that aren't uplifting/good to listen to) think of it like this... If you were trying to become physically healthier, you could try two different ways. Either you would try to focus on overcoming your desire to eat junk food (which lets be honest is a pretty impossible task), or you could focus on desiring to fuel your body with food that will nourish it because you respect it and realize that garbage in = garbage out. In the same way, try to focus on fueling your mind with media that will uplift you and motivate you to be a better person (in whatever way you are trying to improve). By shifting your focus you might find yourself thinking "I would rather listen to x instead of y because I know my mind will be better for it" instead of always thinking "I cant listen to this or that ever again". Just a random thought I've had on my mind lately. Hope it helps :)
@@MachineDesign-ko8smThis is a good point💯 I also overcame secular music by doing this. We naturally want to do things we aren't allowed to do /are stopped from doing. Unfortunately that's just how the brain works but I stopped telling myself that "I have to stop listening to secular music" or that "it's hard"... "I just told myself I don't wanna listen to it" and I deleted and let that music go at once. Now I can't even endure listening 5 seconds to a secular song. Plus I've found so many good Christian songs and harmless songs out there that I wouldn't hv discovered if I was still entangled with secular music.
Thank for this. Every other Christian lofi I find always have some preaching or message in the background. Which is cool... buuuut distracts me from what I'm doing lol
I agree!! There is a mix by a youtuber named Emanuel (called Christian LoFi Mix) that has a little bit, but not much, singing and then another by Tamara Slay called a christian lofi mix, it has two tracks with some preaching, but one of them is pretty short and it's a good mix :) hope this helps
This is good lofi! And I love that it's made by believers! I sometimes worry about lofi artists trying to slip ungodly spiritual messages or just sinful messages into their music. It's nice not to have to worry too much about the ambiguous vocal tracks.
hey can you make more beats like these please.Ever since covid, I have to take online classes and I feel sad or frustrated but these loops help me study and feel some hope :)
Small poem God just gave me😍 Sometimes in a new you. A cool breeze. Good laughs ringing in tones of blue and gold silver notes. Fresh surrender over a cup of tea. Oh great peace have they, love your Way! Distant sand. Okay wrong. As Long as you know. Turn and learn. Rain behind. Healing in step with time. Silky cords Red. Jesus said!
I really love this!! Sometimes you create and release content and you are not sure what impact it is having out there. Please know that this is appreciated and for us "lofi-heads", the fact that this is Christian makes this even greater. Keep it up!

Dunno how I got from Math Rock to Lo-fi and now I'm hearing Christian lo-fi. Actually, it sounds like lo-fi but I like they put the word 'christian' because I know it will be good at all. I put in spanish: "Todas las cosas que hizo Dios son para bien" or something like that, always forget the verses xs.
