Study Tips ☁️: - be prepared , get a snack to boost the energy you’ll need for revising / studying for however long. - wear headphones , listening to music with headphones in improves focus and concentration , give it a try - bring a small snack : make sure you have something to nibble on if you become hungry during studying so it’s quicker - have a revision / study plan : make sure you know what topic(s) you will be focusing on and have a schedule so it’s a lot more efficient. - turn off all distractions on your devices , and place them in a drawer preferably with a lock so you’re not tempted to get it out :) - make sure to silence your notifications !! Good lighting - During the day white light is the best, but if you are studying at night then more orangey darker light will help you sleep after. 3. A healthy snack - Your brain needs energy! 4. Somewhere comfy to sit - Prop yourself up in bed, sit back in your office chair, or make yourself a nook out of pillows! 5. I get anxious really easily and tend to cry bc of it. After every meltdown, I start to regret it and result to SH. Today, I am planning to quit it and I played this playlist after a really bad meltdown infront of school and It helped me so much. I hope everyone is well and loved❤

i havent listened to first date since 2021 and im so happy i get to listen do it again, brings me back so many memories. 2021 was prob one of the best years of my life. i have no problems then and i always felt so alive. :) such a adventurous year too, i learned so much and it didnt feel like i was suck in 2020. my biggest memory was going to dallas. and i rlly miss it. :( i just want another year like 2021. i leared so much from myself then too

You can also get a milkshake, tea, boba, or any other drink 🥤 • devices 📱 - when you listen to music, your devices battery goes down without you noticing so better have it plugged in all the time.
