❄ so happy I discovered your channel. I feel like I am living a version of this right now. I've been a mom since I was 20 (I'm 28 now) and always felt like I could never have this quiet feminine time to myself in evenings, between cooking cleaning and spending time with my daughter or boyfriend. Watching your videos is helping me fall back in love with myself. Thank you for being so vulnerable with your process and just being you (as much as you can/feel comfortable on a platform like this). Oh i agree with the fitness rant. I love cardio but it just exhaust me to the point i hate working out and would take longer breaks. But with yoga and pilates, it involves that calmness which feels so relaxing but at the same time working all the muscles in and burning. Also dancing to add that fun element to your workout sessions, it's amazing. I do some high intensity workout as well as lifting weights, it's fun as well but it does create some tension and stress in my body which will takes days to get over it.

ah, this was such good one (they all are). love seeing how you've been deconstructing your all or nothing thinking and turning it into something that seems to serve you SO well. that l'occitane almond oil body wash is criminally underrated imo, its safe for those prone to body acne too. I use it with saltairs body washes but gonna have to give salt + stone a try just bc of how highly you speak of their scents!
