Amazing! I really wish you could build actual apartment building like this in sims... Where different families could live. It's a real shame they don't have this feature tbh
Well actually u can download an apartment. I recently did so. I created 4 families. The only thing to make sure to do is lock the doors. It was so annoying when the single guy would just walk in one family apartment and eat and take showers.

Makes me wish we had apartment gameplay, i.e. you can build houses/apartments on purchaseable lots, set up those entire houses/rooms for rent, and become a landlord/lady.
