My mom was born in Alaska and her parents were homesteaders at that time. My mom lost her Dad at age 7 to a logging accident and her mom moved five children all the way out to New Mexico. Yes, HE IS ALIVE! Dear hearts, the back splash looks beautiful, wow! I love it. Priscilla, I love seeing you in that kitchen preparing meals for your family. The girls really enjoy helping mom prepare the delicious food. And the boys, what a blessing as well. I live in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Today is April 14th. Two days ago we were hit with heavy rain and there was a lot of flooding, my house was one of them. But, praise God, my son and I are fine. God is great. HE watched over us. We always have to keep the faith in every circumstance. Because at the end, HE wiil reward us. Take care, my sweets.

The one thing I find the most interesting is that you have created a RU-vid channel but don't have a TV. I just love your family! I'm raising mine Christian as well, but neither I nor my husband were raised Christian, so we are all learning as we go together. I just love to see families who have been rooted in Christ for generations. So beautiful! We live in a very unchurched part of the country, so there aren't many mentors in the faith here. I am so longing for close family bonds. I am so grateful to have my husband and children, but we are kind of detached (not completely) from our extended families and restarting our family in Christ. Finding a church that has intimate connections with God and one another is a rare find. It's so beautiful when you see it displayed. It's also wonderful to see all the skills that you all have to pass down to your children. We are passing down what we have, although at times I don't feel like it's much, but when we give all thanks and glory to God, He can multiply what we have, Amen?!!! I look forward to being with all my heavenly family one day! What a day that will be!!! 🥰

Your kitchen has turned out beautiful, and actually your whole cabin is now a beautiful home! Wow! What a pile of chaga you harvested! We live in lower BC, and actually order chaga from people in northern Alberta, and yes it's expensive. We drink it almost every day for all the health benefits. How nice to just go out and be able to harvest it for your family!
I love watching you working with the boys to build a home. I just moved a couple of weeks ago, and I have deer that look right into my window. I enjoy watching them and listening to the birds sing!
