You can use year round @KevinCunningham... it is an insulated Katahdin cedar log home.. no camp. Keep heat in the place and winter use for snowsledding, ice fishing, cross country skiing all happen winters. I would drop water line 4 feet and put 2" styrofoam over line for those open winters with no snow where frozen pipes can happen if you don't.
