I can relate to the drug problem since the doctors and drug companies didn't care if I got addicted and lost everything I had worked for including my career and family, so alot of these songs coming out really hit home for me, I am on my way to getting my life back, and I have been off drugs for 7 years now and I have gave my life to our lord and savior Jesus christ almighty God

The way he writes songs is amazing and truly his own. His songwriting is just on a whole other level and I can hardly believe the songs that he writes are written by someone as young as he is. The world is in for a treat as he develops as a songwriter!

Wow, how refreshing for a fan of some real folksy, Americana, country music. Maybe more folk music actually. Either way, good stuff kid, heard you for the first time tonight. If this doesn’t make mainstream then nothing should. Keep it up and hold true to what made you this person when you make it big. Don’t become one of those singers that in a few years everybody says “wonder what happen to that boy that sang Kentucky Sky?” And some someone else says “ I heard he got into drugs and just fell apart, nobody will sign him”. @@brendanharrigan2072 umm, yes I’m aware that there are many different accents here in Ky, I was born and raised here, still live here and I spent nine years traveling all over the state when I worked for the Dept of Fish and Wildlife. Me saying that this is an accent that I’ve never heard in Ky isn’t being a “downer” at all, I wasn’t picking on the kid or implying anything negative at all. After doing a little snooping Guess what I found out? He Isn’t from Ky and has never lived in Ky, he has never claimed to be from Ky. I wasn’t putting him down just because I questioned his accent, grow up.
@@chriscox2452 where in my? I looked around on Google and found a newspaper from either Boone Co or Lincoln Co West Virginia claiming him as a Local Boy from their area. Which is still odd because I don’t hear a WV accent in the kid either.
