Logan (also known as Wolverine 3 and Wolverine III) is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Wolverine. It is intended to be the tenth installment in the X-Men film series. It is based on the comic book series Old Man Logan by Mark Millar. Directed by James Mangold, the film stars Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Richard E. Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant, and Dafne Keen. The film marks the final portrayal by Jackman of the titular character after appearing in every main entry in the X-Men series to date. It is scheduled to be released on March 3, 2017, in IMAX and premium large formats.
Set in 2024, Logan and Professor Charles Xavier must cope with the loss of the X-Men at the hands of a corporation led by Nathaniel Essex. With Logan's healing abilities slowly fading and Xavier's Alzheimer's hampering his memory, Logan must defeat Essex with the help of a young girl named Laura Kinney, a female clone of Wolverine.
Cast
Hugh Jackman as James Howlett / Logan / Wolverine: A physically enhanced mutant with accelerated healing, animal-like senses and instincts, and an adamantium-laced skeleton with retractable, blade-like claws.
Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier / Professor X: A mutant who is the world's most powerful telepath, and founder and former leader of the X-Men.
Richard E. Grant as Dr. Zander Rice: Surgical head of the project Transigen, which created X-23.
Boyd Holbrook as Donald Pierce: A relentless, calculating and intense head of security for a global enterprise, and leader of the Reavers.
Stephen Merchant as Caliban: A mutant who helps Logan with taking care of Charles Xavier.
Dafne Keen as Laura Kinney / X-23: A young mutant who is the female clone of Wolverine, created from his DNA. Sienna Novikov served as Keen's stunt double.
Additionally, Eriq La Salle, Elise Neal and Elizabeth Rodriguez have been cast in unspecified roles. In the commentary to X-Men: Apocalypse, Bryan Singer confirmed that Nathaniel Essex / Mister Sinister will make his first on-screen appearance in the film.

She knows how most of the violent scenes have been shot because she was part of almost all of them. It will be a lot easier for her than other kids of the same age.

Both her parents are actors so they taught her what's real and what isn't from early on. And I've heard in interviews that she's remarkably mature for her age. All in all, she's just fine.

Semper Volo I think the studio not only cast kids who are perfect for the role but they have to be mature kids and they have to be able to watch their movie and know to not repeat the violent actions in real life.
