Not sure if you know this or not but Logan Paul is a WWE pro-wrestler. He was actually the National Heavyweight Champion from November to just last week. Given that he’s now on “medical leave” there is a chance that WWE might drop him but they should of done it much sooner.

So I've seen a lawyer talk about this and according to him the reason that federal law does not have anti-slapp is because they use the state in which the lawsuit was filed in as a basis to determine if it counts as a slapp suit. So it is still possible that the entire thing will be shot down.

Yup. And since Logan is in California, he had to specifically choose to file a federally in a different state where they wouldn't have those protections. So I doubt that's a mistake or an accident on his part. 😑
@@Airier pls note according to a lawyer even federal court can use anti-slap laws it depends on if the federal court enacts that law or not and its done on a case to case basis so if coffee is lucky the court will look at it and make the anti-slap law apply to the case its not a gurantee but has happend in other federal cases
Logan Paul is a walking proof that some people shouldn't have money and power. Funny thing is his drink prime isn't selling at the Walmart i work at. It sits on the shelf and only a few people buy it.
