They will probably be costing him millions, if the case goes ahead. His whole strategy is to make it so expensive it bankrupts the defence, which means dragging it out. It’s the favourite strategy of rich scumbags, and is carried out by the most morally bankrupt humans to ever practice law.
I think many people just wanted to give him a second chance, because sometimes people deserve to redeem themselves but seems like Logan isn't interested in that.

I think these days we can see a grifter and shine a light more easily these days. Once upon a time people used to become people of power when they were con artists.
Throughout history there's been people like Logan Paul who weilded their personality to manipulate and scam others. Its not a failure of a generation more so a problem people have in general. Logan feeds on insecurity and charasmatic people like him wield that to their advantage. That's how most cults are created or how the first pyramid schemes came about.
Imagine having such a big ego, that you use your money to hire 5 lawyers to silence someone calling you out instead of paying back the victims you scammed. How people still support Logan Paul is beyond me.
His audience are children with a very short attention span. Logan prefers to sue and spent money on lawyers and court instead of doing the right thing of owning his mistake and paying the victims.

@@Oppenheimskr It isnt Texas. He sued Coffee in federal court, because the district in Texas refuses to apply state anti-SLAPP to federal suits. Thats right, Texas has anti-SLAPP. He picked one of the only venues in the nation that would not apply an anti-SLAPP statute because the District has some bug up their ass about state law being inferior to federal. If anything, we should be bitching that there is no federal anti-SLAPP.
Unfortunately Texas at the federal level doesn't follow anti alapp laws, even though at the state level it does. Which is highly confusing, but it's why Logan is specifically sueing him in Texas at a federal level. To try to worm around it
I once wondered who Logan Paul's fans are and I was in the grocery store and a bunch of 12 year olds suddenly got very excited about Logan Paul's energy drink being available on the shelves. I suddenly knew.

Those two have nothing to do with each other. Yes, the American justice system is broken when it comes to financing a lawsuit. But social mobility works just fine. You only need to be good at something and know (someone who knows) how to sell it. There's a boatload of people in the US who have come from literally nothing and are now millionaires or even richer.
When the rich are taken to court they always settle outside of court, before any evidence is discussed. This is because civil litigation rules say that if the judge awards damages that are a Penny less than the settlement was offered then they have to pay the legal costs of both sides (and rich people tend to have really expensive lawyers). This means that no evidence is ever discussed and rich people can carry on getting away with doing bad things.

@@quit-rt4vz You're leaving out a ton of context. First of all, let's not forget that Logan is a minority owner of Prime. Three other men are the money. If a notable revenue loss is deemed because of Logan's outside actions, it's not out of the realm of belief that Logan could be forced out.
While mixed reactions in situation of death are normal (some people laugh out of stress and it being so unbelievably unreal to happen), it's definitely not normal to film it AND upload it. Second that happens, camera stops rolling, and you stop.

@@martinkrueger937 Coffee investigates fraud and scams, the most he would talk about with the Mr. Beast situation would be the lotteries and (possibly) fixed challenges. Even then, he spends weeks to months on investigations before making a video, and the Mr. Beast situation is very new. He is also not obligated to speak on the situation as he is not a drama RU-vidr, he doesn't speak about "scandals." If you want Coffee to make a video on it, don't harass him or others about it, give him time to investigate properly, and let him take the time to do it right. And, as other people said, he is currently being sued, that takes up a LOT of someone's time, money, and resources. He's not a robot that makes videos on command, he's a human going through something incredibly stressful right now
The first i ever heard of the Paul Brothers was reports of them lighting a mattress on fire in their empty pool. When a reporter showed up to talk to them they climbed on the news van and jumped around. These man-children have never had a reputation to lose.

Well one most of his viewers aren’t keeping up with every little drama on the internet and the second is that once you have millions of subs it’s almost impossible to lose them as only a small percentage actually pay attention. People have small attention spans which really helps.
This is truly the critical flaw with insurance. So often when you go to try to pull from it, you will be denied. You need it because of lawyers, then the lawyers behind the insurance will also be your enemy ... once again abusing you the little guy because you didn't also hire a lawyer to protect you against your insurance company.

Dude the key to owning him is the fact that he, on record, says he spent 6 months designing the hybrid animals. Yet, if you just use Google Image search, you can see that they literally stole the pictures all from Google. That right there proves he is a liar, fraud and guilty.

Well that seems to have backfired on his part, I don't think he took into account just how big your platform is and also how many views you get on average on your video. Even if a small percentage of your subscriber support you with the defense part, you are unstoppable. I just got introduced to your channel via watching Philip DeFranco and also my friend talking about you, the fact that instead of washing your hands off this and walking away, you keep going after LP in order to help the victims has won my respect and loyalty. the lawyers just need to drag it out and make it expensive. the suit has nothing to do with the actual facts of the case. It will never get to an actual trial… it’s just meant to eat up coffee’s finances. The sad part is that the state he filed in doesn’t have anti SLAP to protect against this type of thing. Which is precisely why Logan’s lawyers filed the suit there.
