Logging some big gnarly rock maple with the 225 timberjack

Theres nothing like logging some big knarly rock maple with the 225 timberjack! The stuff is big and heavy and it adds up quick in the yard. Summer is almost over and the cool morning weather makes for some ideal cutting conditions. There is a lot of skidder action today, and the ol detroit 353 has never sounded better twitching out these big hitches. We also wanted to thank all our subscribers for pushing us over 1k!!! Thank you everyone!

Thankyou very much for your video, chainsaw and old Timberjack are true old skool timber cutting partners, we had a Timberjack 330 here in Australia in the early 80's and the amount and size of the hardwood we cut and snug with our little Timberjack was unbelievable, keep up the good work young fella and keep the tradition alive, awesome👍👍

Perfect video set up for Sierra Club....skidder idling belching diesel fumes while smoky chainsaw drops a huge old growth tree. Camera switches to the deer, then to you grabbing an AR10 with thirty round mag from a scabbard in the skidder, one shot and drop that deer.
