@@Lukata Yeah I'm in the US and the worst seats were maybe $80 I forgot. But he didn't even come to my state when I was available so the whole trip would cost me about that much.
Why do you make up stuff like that? It doesn't make him look good that his fans are just delusional kids. He has forgot his lyrics on live shows multiple times, and has said himself that he is horrible at remembering them.
I like how Logic understands his different albums. He knows that his first two were very focused on lyricism, and he knows that everybody was more simplistic. I like that he’s not ignorant about it. I can say that his first two albums are easily my favorite, so hopefully he gets why. It’s crazy to see him understand that his first two were different, and that he has songs peppered in his albums. It’s crazy to hear him say Mama, Confessions, and Lost in Translation as the more lyrical on the album, cuz those are literally the only songs I really listen to on that album. Logic can do whatever he wants, but I do personally believe that his most lyrical projects are his most well received. I wish Logic didn’t think that we hate his mainstream music just because a lot of people are hearing it. I don’t like his mainstream music because I’m not into mainstream music. I like more complex, less formulaic music. I feel like a lot of people are like that, and it’s how he started his career. it’s why I became a fan of logic. it makes me sad that for now, this is his last album, cuz it makes you think about what he could do if he kept on making these more lyrically focused albums like the first two. Especially if an album weren’t a sequel to the first two, and it was a completely new, unique album. I hope Logic does what makes him happy and healthy, but I’d be a liar if I didn’t say I wish he came back in a few years. these are the albums that I like Logic for.
That is so extremely well said. That's true, Logic can does whatever he wants to do, he's the artist. But it clearly shows and he even stated himself that he put so much effort into this album-that's why it's so well recieved. There was more passion into creating this one. Even though everybody and other albums were more simplistic, and even though Logic intended for them to be, they since they were simplistic they weren't really deep or had a deep substance to it. Sure the themes were deep, but the way they were talked about wasn't as layered as this project we got. For some fans, it's not like we don't like logic's music or that we're hating, you can make a pop rap song with substance. it doesn't have to be super lyrical, but more fleshed out themes and more diverse vocabulary just makes it more interesting to a wider audience. But to each his own of course. You don't have to be a logic stan and like every one of his albums to be a fan lol. It's not that black and white. You can still dislike an album and still be a fan, because you're a human with an opinion lol. As long as you're not tearing down the artist of course. But i wish him the best though with everything. His music got me through alot growing up, and he's still my favorite rapper to this day:)
FUCKING FACTS!!!!!! I honestly have been supporting him ever since he came out with tits (that’s when i discovered him and i immediately fell in love) I think his REAL fans wanted him to level up and challenge himself more lyrically after the first two albums. At times, he did get a little repetitive here and there. It might’ve came out as disappointment, but i think his real fans just wanted him to continue to get creative with his lyrics. Like sometimes whenever i listen to his mixtapes, i have a hard time believing it’s the same fuckin dude 😂 he had BARS back then and i’ve always known that he has had the potential to be a good lyricist. I will always admire his creativity and the effort he has put on each album, even if they didn’t come close to the success of his earlier albums, he will always be one of the most dedicated rap artists in my eyes. ratt pack til my pulse flat 🤘🏼
Quite possibly the most intelligent comment within all of the comments. Very well thought out and truthful. No hateful speech no biased. Just true down to earth points that we all hold deep within ourselves as fans of Logic.
Logic seems genuine tho and he’s doing a lot of other stuff like books & film. But I do think he comes back eventually, at the very least 5 years I think
It's tight to see the insight. Crazy one of my favorite hooks (hit my line) was actually just a verse. No pressure was dope. Good to see you again btw my man!
KillAPred Marius bro it’s his opinion 😂 whats your problem bashing him like that. Music is subjective to ears if he likes this song and makes him feel a certain way so be it what’s it to you.
@@davidrojas2331 Where did i bash him? I got songs i like for musicians that suck. I simply informed the man that if that's his favorite song, even gets him emotional. Then he has alot of amazing music to discover, that's just facts. I get what you're trying to say though
@@mariusetternavn6214 nah man I've listened to a lot of music in my life, not just Hiphop & Logic is my favourite all time artist, get your negativity out of here.
damn that 40 minutes went by hella fast, listening to Bobby talk about his raps is so amazing. Like therapy Love you man, RattPack til my pulse flat ✌️❤️➕
My mom and I were having a conversation about the impact of music and specifically the music people listen to when they’re upset. My mom is super Christian and listens to mostly gospel and she believes that the uplifting message and vibe of that song is what a lot of rap should strive for instead of just being sad, violent, angry, etc. I wish Dark Place were out when we talked because it was the example I was looking for, when I’m silently freaking the fuck out about if I’m creative enough, if I’m worthy of an art school, if the BLM movement will really go anywhere, if I’m good enough for my friends and family, if I’m living the way I should be, if I’m wasting my time, Dark Place is exactly what I need to hear. Sure there are some problems that needs someone to come and pick you up but sometimes you just want to feel seen, heard, and normal. We don’t openly talk about mental struggles because they feel simultaneously minuscule and unbearable at the same time so to hear a song like this just get out the same shit I’ve been feeling (not verbatim of course but the general vibe and feeling) is absolutely amazing. I can’t even explain how much this song helps me calm myself down.
I feel you man. There are times you need to be encouraged and uplifted, which logic does, but there are situations where the best you need is for someone to tell you that they feel the same way sometimes and that you're not alone. Almost like a conversation with a friend, swapping personal struggles and feeling better just for talking about it or just for feeling like you're not alone or crazy, especially in this world where we only see the best parts of everyone's life and we compare our zig-zag lives to that without even knowing it. We all feel self doubt man, I feel the same way actually when it comes to creativity, feeling like I'm not good enough at what I want to do. Looking into your future and not feeling very optimistic and it. This kind of music reminds you that we're all humans experiencing the same human condition, whether you're logic or you and me. I don't have a good conclusion lol, but all in all I get what you mean.
As someone who's gone through insane anxiety and depression on and off since childhood up to now early teens over other people particularly in my age group I'm 22, I can relate heavily to this interview. I honestly love interviews like this. Keep doing you, Logic. You inspire me become a better version of me. I got to live in my creative world.
I really enjoy hearing how these dudes relationship has grown just by the way they address each other. Really dope how it's more of a conversation than a full on interview
He hit it on 21:40 about Dark Place. I loved how dark it was the first play through. And then I just started feeling it. I can listen to that track on the way to the gym and not feel anything negative but just enjoy the song, even the outro. That laugh at the very end, for some reason, always sounds ominous. Anyone else get that vibe?
I'm so satisfied with the selection logic picked from the leaks we heard. The only leaks I kinda wished were on the album was reasonable doubt because he went in, griptape and maybe Vows because it sounded so vintage, but then again that's not this album. This album had a soulful vibe that kinda matched welcome to forever
@@alilbreeze I'm just happy he left the "turn up" track at Perfect and it was only 1 minute. I'm not a fan of Logic's "turn up" tracks that hes been making recently, they sound so hallow/ empty. Compare a song like on the low to something like out of sight. This is the album I wanted Logic to make. Although I wish he had more stories like on the second half of Soul Food 2. But overall his best album since Incredible True Story by far.
If I saw him perform the entire 10 minute track of under pressure live, I think my heart might stop. “This is everything I love, everything I need. Never sacrifice this feeling, even though my heart bleed.” My all time favorite line right there
I LOVE THESE INTERVIEWS because they are for the TRUE Logic fans... the people who really care about the meaning behind every song, every line, every thought that went through his head when making the album..... It helps me appreciate the album SO much more and now I understand things that previously went over my head. It truly shows what a creative genius Logic is and how much of a MASTERPIECE this album is!!
Over time the energy for our souls has split across the universe creating “twin flames” Bobby and his music has brought some us together and I’m grateful every day for the good positive peaceful souls that can feel together and grow and love and respect each other Thanks dudes ❤️
logic is the most relatable artist I have ever listened to. everything he says makes so much sense regardless of where you are from or the environment you grew up in. wish him nothing but happiness for all the music he makes and all the wisdom he shares with others. peace, love, and positivity yo!
So dope that he knows and understands how people feel about his discography, like the sprinkling his lyrical talent across his albums since UP and TITS
Thank god he’s just chilling for a bit not completely retiring man he was there for me and helped me through his music so much it’s amazing to know that he’s not officially retiring he’s just wanting to take time to relax and be with his family and soon come back and make more music 🥳🥳
Come to Australia one mic one mc . Its been years since iv enjoyed a album in full and this one was amazing . The work that he puts in is shown in the album and interviews . Thank you Logic
9:50 THIS is what I needed to hear. I want to see Logic on tour. Doesn't need to be a flashy performance. If it's cheaper that'd be even better so I can afford it unlike the previous tours.
The fact he said “the greatest rapper probably stacking produce” hit home hard . I worked at Walmart for a while and rap . My shit is different than a lot of artist. I am hiphop @luizzhernandez_
I would love for one day to sit down and talk with Bobby about his life or just talk about anime or just random shit. The reason he's my favorite artist ever is not only his music but because he is himself, he's this nerd that showed me it is ok to just be yourself man. Like if I ever get to meet him, I would probably cry
Yo, Nick Huff on learning from Phil Jackson, Buddhism, and mindfulness that’s that mess I DO LIKE. I 100% am fascinated by being present or in “flow” or what have you.👊🏾🔥🔥🔥
Guys ! Griptape was one of the leaked songs . I heard it and I could not understand how Bobby wouldn't put it on No Pressure because this song was so real it would have fit perfect into it in my opinion
Fax. His best song in 5 years imo. Literally fucking god tier. But I respect bobby either way because it is a very explanation type reminiscent song that does have relatively different subject matter from no pressure. It also almost a rap diss in a sense but beautiful nonetheless. Either way, I can only hope he might release it a later date!
