Red Bull BC One Cypher Northwest USA - Seattle, Washington Regionals

"The 2022 Red Bull BC One USA Cypher season is about to heat up! After hundreds of breakers competed in city cyphers across the country, they are now ready to test their skills at the regional qualifiers. Regional qualifiers include invitees chosen for their elite breaking ability as well as champions and runners-up from the open competitions.
Starting Saturday, July 23rd, the regional cyphers kick off in Philadelphia with Austin, Orlando, Boston, and Seattle hosting competitions throughout the month of August. Coinciding with the qualifiers, the Red Bull BC One All Star Tour returns alongside the competition with workshops, panels, and exhibition battles taking place at each stop.
Winners from the regional cyphers will convene in Los Angeles for the national finals on Saturday, September 17th where the nation's best breakers will compete for their spot in the Red Bull BC One World Final taking place in New York this November."

Logistx so right about learning different styles of dance to incorporate, and journaling meditating. Her all style mindset reminds me of Link of Supreme Legacy. Good insight from Phil, Zoo, and Roxrite regarding the subjectivity of breaking, recovery, routine, mindset, travelling, resting the mind and how to rest, applying practice to battles, self belief, and stamina.

This is really great, insightful content. I think if you were to break these up in to smaller 1 or 2 minute videos, with specific titles for each, you would get more viewership. Many popular podcasts use this method as people like to see shorter clips due to attention span

I wish I could've asked Roxrite in particular, as a seasoned veteran, what are some key things he can mention that have helped him in his longevity in this dance. Whether it be physically staying in shape, mentally, etc.

Why is Phil Wizard sitting there??? He is no allstar. He never won a bc one championship. He is a future champ, but for now he is not an allstar. I dont get it.
