Please help me: I downloaded the ghub and connected my G PRO X, and i cant see all options. I can only see all the mic settings, and the volume of the headset. So no eq and no more sound settings… i tried it on a 2020 macbook pro big sur, and 2017 imac through bootcamp windows, both the same issue. I have already tried reinstalling and have looked everywhere for a solution…

Thanks for this very helpful video! Now I am arguably a pro at changing these ear pads. A question, do you have a non noise canceling gel ear pad that is more like the Logitech G Pro X foam that came with it. I do not want nor need noise canceling. Being that it is a "gel" pad I am guessing you/they do not. Again thanks for the video. Take care and please be safe out there.

Hi. EXcellent info, very through and professional and helpful. I just now received this headset and watching your video made setting it up worry free. As for getting this to work you MUST have the LOGITECH G HUB installed on your computer. When buying it it did say that.

I just picked this pair up tonight and I have to say it's much quieter than my other pair (which was a lot cheaper...). Am I doing something wrong? I have a few profiles that I've downloaded and they've made it sound a little better, but still nothing compared to my older, cheaper headset. What gives? Any help is appreciated!

The replacement ear pads ARE better for those of us with melon heads....also cooler with the foam ventilation and an over all subtraction of weight from the headset.

Thanks for that excellent explanatory review ov this headset. Just got one..If ONLY they still made a REAL 5.1 analog headset that I could plug in to my Soundblaster Z card...My Trittons were ridiculous awesome, separate plugs for channels, but, alas..they had an engineering defect: The earpieces were attached to the head band with a tiny connector which simply snapped off when putting the headset on and in so doing putting normal pressures to open the distance between the earpieces..Oh well...

People should do sound tests in CoD MW. Since smaller MP maps are better for letting me know how footsteps sound which is the most important thing in a headset.

Sorry I’m late but anyways your mic was probably not plugged in all the way and you might’ve not installed the G hub software to tinker and adjust the sound and mic quality or settings. I recommend turning on blue voice to get the best mic quality. Btw the button on the mobile cable is for playing and pausing music or vids and answering/declining calls. Hope this helps 😅

Yes, the little usb brick thing is what allows you to have the blue voice and surround sound tech on your PC. You’ll definitely always have your headset plugged in to the brick which is plugged into the USB port. Hope this helps 👍🏼

I just bought this, my first Logitech headset and I'm about to return it. I can't stop my mic from bleeding. Everything about it is perfect amazing, however whenever I am playing with my friends they hear everything that is going on on my computer. so is this NOT wireless? I just bought this today and the old one I had was wireless. It had the volume controls on the headset. The one I got today looks just like yours and I'm trying to figure out how to make it wireless so I'm not attached to the computer.

This thing smelt like a new car when i opened the box, only problem I have is that the memory foam is prob gonna take a while to kick in so the headset is gonna be tight for a few days likely, but once that parts done itll be a 110/100

i would love to say this headset it great but the ghub is terrible always have an inactive message or if I fix the inactive then I just get a connecting issue I've basically spent £90 when I brought then to use basic headphones, I just stopped trying to fix it at this point

HELP. Anyone who owns this headset can tell me how I can turn off hearing my own voice whenever i speak into the mic? In the hub if i turn the mic slider all the way down I dont get that 0.5 second delay in hearing myself but then the volume of my mic is too quiet. Is there a way to have my mic volume high while also getting rid of the 0.5 second delay in hearing my own voice?

How loud is this headset? I had an issue where my old G35 was not loud enough when they changed the drivers to Logi Gaming Software. The sound got normalised and lost around 25% of it's volume.
