Capt STFU I use my mouse for Cities Skylines and I use the forward button for pause and the back button for fast forward. I do play ESO with a Steam Controller though.

+tiger d I think $80 for a *good* mice is about right. $150 makes me think of the xbox One Elite controller(overpriced IMO as well). They should be a little more expensive then console controllers because they don't sell as many, but a ton of research(possibly more?) goes into these products just like a $60 console controller.

Patrick Finley Remove the RGB, less cost for mouse and less money needed for software development. Do a non ambidextrous design, and we have the comfortable slant from G502 back, and no cost from extra side buttons. Use the same aesthetic design as G502, and Logitech doesn't have to hire a whole bunch of "designers" who make products look T4cky G4m3rz. Further cutting cost. Sponsor less eSports teams and waste no money on marketing, save millions. A mouse like this can totally be priced at

I actually saw Linus' video on the testing facility. They showed latency between a Razer deathadder chroma(my previous mouse), some other mice, and the g900 and I was blown away. I've been using it for a few months now and it's amazing. It was well worth the money. The last wireless mouse I ever used was the Razer mamba, which was horseshit. if you're skeptical about buying this mouse, and you have the budget for it, buy it. In fps games, mobas, literally any game it's amazing to play with. Highly recommend it

It replaced my Steelseries rival (the old model) and it took 1 day to get comftorbale to it and now it´s just a 10/10 for me. The mousescroll click is still to stiff for me compared to the Rival, im using it to control the camera in Dota 2. Thx for your review or i would have maybe never heard of it.

bro do you even lift.. haha. i am currently gaming on a logitech MX performance mouse ( 6 years old ) and a logitech k800 (8 months). Im doing pretty good on those. I would consider my mouse pretty heavy but it feels solid. Im going to need to replace my mouse soon, the left click switch is getting too mushy even after a mini repair i did on it a year ago. It gave it some new life for a bit, but i think the metal tabbed spring is just tired.

For LSGs, the G502 is too heavy. But it is perfect for HSGs. There is no need to argue about either. LSGs tend to move the mouse for long distance, and heavy mouse will tend to build inertia and more difficult to stop precisely. That is why they want to keep their mice light. HSGs on the other hand, usually only move the mouse for short distance, but the high sensitivity also means that small accidental moves will swing the action quite a lot in the game more than LSGs do, so HSGs often want the mouse a little heavier for better control.

Bad design imho those grooves all over the mouse look like they'll fill with dust and crud and be impossible to clean out. From my experience logitech build quality is hit or miss with some of my mice starting to have problems after barely a year. Kinda expensive to to replace often for 140$.

buying my first "gaming" mouse, I can get it for $75 with black Friday, worth it? the wireless is a bonus for me, as is having many buttons. but I was kind of turned off when he said the click pressure is a bit high. I like to click insanely fast in shooters using semi-auto weapons. i'm looking at the gskill km780 too

It looks great mouse, but paying almost double the price for same sensor of g502, which is one of its unique, and was so great, but still 150$ is too much, I really hope logitech drop its price so people could afford it. Yo, I've heard you say (in some of your wireless mouse reviews like Mamba and possibly Steelseries sensei) that you can charge it "overnight". Does the mouse charge by itself overnight? I mean, does the computer have to be on for it to charge because when you go to sleep, you normally turn off your computer and the charger is connected to the computer right? So you can't charge your wireless mouse overnight because the charger is off?

Although your comment is one year old, here is my setup : Logitech G900, Logitech K800 (wireless & illuminated and on battery) and .. the masterpiece : the Razer Orbweaver Chroma stealth edition (cuz it's trully less loud). I have all i need to be competitive, i don't need a giant keyboard anymore and everything except the orbweaver is wireless. Comfort and gaming conditions 10/10

703 looks kile typical mouse, has built in battery, same sensor and same specs, costs less by 50$. but to be true, every other x03 generation mouse has problems. 903 has double clicking, 703, 603, 403 has scroll wheel issue. if you are lucky and you bought yourself completely working device or you recieved it from RMA, you'd be impressed how good this mouse is. I'm 703 user, retail mouse wheel broke after 1 month of usage. RMA sent me replacement, year passes, it works perfect. After years of using wired mouse, sometimes i forget that this one is wireless. And using wired mouse brings discomfort. It feels like you need to pull something with your hand while using mouse, which is not present if i use my 703.

I have mid to large hands not too large fingers, Razer DA'13 (fits best) and G300s (lil small but better). I think it is coz of d weight and the elevated L&R click buttons. So i bought a G300s! will G900 be better?

what rank are you and what desktop you use. I got bought xl2411z monitor but screen pixels seems big which means if you play 8 hours every day it will kill your eyes but not sure if the xl2430t will be same.

Logitech drop them reputation after releasing G700s, this mouse is crap! Terrible battery life only 6h in office work, Im not talking about gaming with it! Bad material quality, after 2 month rubber surface start going off. I do not think this mouse will be good ether, especially on shape! Bus as always awesome video!

+e1darie1 Are you sure the battery isn't bad? I tried using mine with some generic ni-mh batteries and they didn't last 1/3 of what the eneloop that came with it lasts. The only thing bad with mine after a year is the chrome sides of the wheel that is fucked and looks like copper now, everything else looks good as new. Other than that, using the same eneloop that came with it stills lasts 20-30h while normal use (125hz and battery save mode) and the same little 5-6h playing CS:GO (1000hz and normal gaming). I will agree with you on the shape, the older mice like the MX series and the G500-700 fits perfectly on the hand, the only bad thing is the g700s is really heavy for FPS game, I will probably be stuck as MG2 forever lol.

I have it, and it is cool and all, but i am having issues with the mouse wheel. When i try to switch to a secondary weapon it sometimes doesn't register the scroll, which is very annoying when i need to pull out my pistol fast

Hey HardwareCanucks, what do you think about the new G910 Orion Spectrum keyboard? They haven't released the teaser yet but they have it at their web. It's a bit different from the Orion Spark tho. They use cylindrical keycap and their palm rest is equal for their length and width. The logo is still the old logo, wonder why.

That head swing at 0:01 is rather weird. Could you make the regular "image fading" without any head swings more often? Keep them great videos coming!

Awesome review man ! TBH, im not feeling the shape, it looks like too futuristic. I have the Mamba Chroma and really cant feel the difference when i use the wireless mode. I was considering change it for this but i think i can wait a little more until another one comes out.

After a few days I found the right click really loose and moves around and for me with a bigger hand being longer, the clicks are more sensitive to click towards the front of the mouse so I would accidentally click it at times.

beautiful mouse I'm currently using the G602 and it's been so far but I think my left click is starting to have some issues. while very nice that price point is too rich for me.

I have a 250$ budget specifically reserved for a new gaming mouse, I'm thinking of getting a wireless mouse yet I'm lost in all the available options. Which mouse should I get, what would you guys reccomend?
