Lois' hair, makeup, dress are all mind blowing in this scene! No wonder Superman left his power for the love of this beautiful woman. It just goes to show that femininity is God's gift to women and that you don't need a miss universe or miss world title to be beautiful.

lmao. Clark/Superman was attracted to her ambition and drive. there's a reason she's a reporter rather than a beauty queen. she certainly wasn't conventionally beautiful by the standards of the 70s. in the first scene where they meet, Clark is sitting at his desk staring at this woman like his mind is blown. she is a force.

Is it just me or does Superman have a different skin tone than when he is Clark? Clark seems to be more pale skin and Superman seems to be SLIGHTLY tanned. If so, that was a brilliant move by the make up crew to throw off any suspicion of his true identity.

Also admitting that he was from Krypton allowed Lex to postulate that fragments of Superman’s home world likely followed him here, and that debris could be fatal to the man of steel. Superman is honest to a fault. That’s one of the reasons why he is my favorite comic book superhero.

Except when absolutely necessary - like when he told Lex about the device in the Fortress of Solitude that could render Kryptonians powerless. OK, that was true. What was the lie was that you had to be inside it.

because as powerfull as he is, if he is completely sincere, he won't be feared, people will trust him more.....he is not recognised easily because nobody expects a mild mannered reporter such as C.K. to be a Superhero

@degree7 would you bealive in real world that mild mannered reporter CK, who is always making a foul of himself, to be a God in a Cape? why someone like Superman would need a secret identity for? And if you are really interested, there are some explanations in comics over the years about that. Don't forget it, it is just fantasy😉

3:04 Color is a small segment of the electromagnetic spectrum. X-ray is another disjoint segment. So if Lois's underwear interacts with both pink light (an overlap of various frequencies between 4.3*10^14 and 7.5*10^14 Hertz, with emphasis on red, between 4.3*10^14 and 4.8*10^14 Hertz) and x-rays (another overlap of frequencies between 3*10^16 and 3*10^19 Hertz), all the frequencies that are in the color range of human vision would be blocked. Whatever Superman sees should be classified as separate "colors," which might as well be the x-ray "colors," disjoint from human-visible colors. Of course, Superman should still see our color spectrum as well as we can, but only if we can actually see it without something blocking it.

"SUPERMAN" asked her out on a date (actually Clark Kent asked her out). Interview became a date with him. Don't be late...Take her home @10 p.m. I think they should have more time together to talk. fly. intimatcy. future plans.etc...for a relationship. The problem is the lead that prohibits Superman from seeing her true colors. I thought she wore white underwear. but PINK. Superman's X-ray vision is good as his Truth. Justice. and be the symbol of Hope for her.
