The losses in some States like Rajasthan, Maharashtra etc that Tanweer mentioned, would be compensated by new wins in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Annamalai is a rising star in the South and he his messaging and the way he has carried himeslf has added a big impetus for BJP in the South. TN and Kerala would spring a positibe surprise for BJP. Overall even if the 400+ is missed, it appears that Modi is set for a thrid term without any turbulence.
