As we know in first season he who remains said that he is bored and wants someone to sit there eventually it happened and he planned everything he wants that loki breaks the loom and handle all multiverse on is own with his power now loki is stucked there thinking that he saved everyone but he who remains played a big game now he will start a multiversal war now. And only TVA are looking to stop kang variants but they have like no power to handle him. After it means they will take help from different superheroes which will we can see in deadpool 3 i think..
Nopes, it did not worked put the way He who remains wanted , what He was remains wanted to happen was for loki to take his place ( or just team up with him) and help maintain the status quo , that is allowing only the sacred timeline to exist and prune any variant timelines so that kangs from those timeslines dont come to exist and a multiversal war could be prevent , instead loki broke the loom and allowed all the timelines to exist saving trillions of trillions of lives that would have been prunned otherwise by the Tva . BUT AS A sideeffect of it the variants of kang are also spared which will now lead to multiversal war.The newfound purpose of TVA is to eliminate any / dangerous variants of kang which ofc they will fail leading to a multiversal war

My theory is Council of Kang placed at the top side of the multiversal tree out of timelines, where time lines are in rainbow color. Loki and TVA can only moniter and control the middle and bottom of Multiversal Tree.

I still don't understand if all the Kang variants are from different branched timelines of one and only one universe or are they from different universes. Or are the branched timelines and the multiverse the same thing in MCU? I don't think both are the same thing because The Spider Verse and the Doctor Strange 2 movies showed us different universes that are very different to be considered branched timelines of any one universe and so, my doubt remains the same, are all the Kang variants are from different branched timelines of one and only one universe or are they from different universes?
