i say that but i put glass on my recent FFO and after sleeping on it, im not loving it ha DAMN IT! and im only at like 35% with 8 days left in the month i dont think it would be possible, but im not discounting it!

Thank you so much! yeah we still talk! we're actually meeting for the first time ever at Stitch North retreat in Canada in April! it is going to be very exciting! Tattoos, my gosh. i dont count ha lets just say there is only a little bit of real estate left haha!
