✅Per piece chocolate Loly is just 15 rs.
✅Per box of Chocolates price is 150rs.
✅ Wieght of 1 chocolate is 45 gram.
🔴 INGREDIENTS
150 gm dark chocolate compound
100 gm ganache (see recipe of ganache in channel)
2 packet of waffer chocolates
Candy sticks flat
Sugar balls for decoration
Magic colour essence
Make a ganache of white chocolate compound not for pouring for spreading.
Take each waffer chocolates and spread ganache in one side of waffer.
Keep stick in halof waffer chocolate as shown in vedio.
Keep second waffer upside down like vedio .
Keep in fridge untill set for 5 minutes only.
Melt the dark chocolate compound.
Dip one by one each waffer loly we prepare before.
Decorate the lolly as per you want.
Enjoy the waffer chocolates lollys .
