I absolutely adore those stylish looks, despite being 17 years old. They looked so airy, elegant and sometimes even out of this world. I'll make sure to use some of those tips,😄)
I’m 16 and trying to get into the 80s lifestyle as a way of escaping today’s crazy reality. Amanda’s hair looks beautiful, I’m gonna start doing my hair like that!
whaatt ive been youtubing 80s hair tutorials for yeaarss, why is this barely showing up to me now? ive been cringing at the other girls that do it feeling they do it wrong, too scared to go all out but youre telling this one has been on here since 2016?? whhuutt
My question is-how did career mothers have the energy and time to do these styles on a daily basis. I mean, sure when you're younger like 20, I spent 1-2 hours on my hair usually every day, but I was motivated to be attractive to find a suitable partner, plus I was heavily involved with the music scene. I only worked part-time then as well. Of course, I had to look good just for going out at the end of the day. I have no clue where that focus went, it's just gone. I wear it naturally long and mermaid wavy, doing diffusing once per week now. So tiring. I don't agree with short hair on women anymore; did all that punk stuff back in the day. But I didn't like the false accusations that came with it.
from what I remember, my mom would do her hair at the beginning of the week (Mon-Tues), then did rollers every night before bed until around the end of the week and she would touch it up on Saturdays.
I would’ve choked myself if I had to. If my hair looks rough in the morning all I need is 15 mins with a curling iron to add some waves and I’m out the door
@@baritoneblazzin1965rollers every night? How did that turn out by morning? I've seen my teen daughter using rollers now at random times. I don't know how anyone has the patience or concentration as well as energy for this. I've been dedicated for a while now and focus on wearing my natural long, scrunched wavy hair. It's tiring, but only once per week, and it's easier, but I can't imagine having to use this much energy every day, or night in her case 🤷🏻♀️
