3:47:46 --> 200M Final - The Commentary was class. Suspense... Commentator : "Michelle Blake in 2, van Niekerk 3, Young in 4, Guliyev 5, Makwala 6, Richards 7, Sani Brown 8, Webb 9..(Pause).. You can sense the tension here in the Olympic stadium; it is absolutely packed. This is the first big final without Usain Bolt. One of these eight man, is around 20 seconds away from a piece of sporting history. A new generation of global sprinters are about to announce their arrival on the biggest stage of all."

Well done Jereem Richards congrats from T&T.....You have announced your arrival to the world stage, the odds were stacked against u in unfair lane allocation and the lengthy deliberation on whether you should b awarded d silver or bronze medal but u r just getting started bro......#proud moments

I know this comment is very OLD, but I don't understand why you thought his lane was unfair?? 200m runners ALWAYS prefer the outer lanes... Just curious as to the thoughts behind this comment? That IS if you even remember writing it?? 😂😂 If so, no worries... What I DO know, is Richards has become one of my Favorites to watch. As a Canadian, I've enjoyed the battles Richards has given Degrasse and Brown throughout the years. Great great GREAT athletes, all 3. Cheers...

la final de 200 metros masculinos era la final que habia que haber puesto a correr a Usain Bolt ..... hubiera sido una despedida brillante... los resultados fueron regulares.

I very much feel everyone has the right to choose their own path in life, and treat people with respect... But I feel allowing someone born biologically a man to compete with women is always going to be unfair. You can see very clearly the physical differences. No matter how much those women train, they are forever at a disadvantage.

The 800m for women is becoming an event where men can enter as well...lol

It's been for years, check Haile Gebrselassie's race - Haile is not even the first, it's just human nature to check if you are about to be passed. These days the rely mostly on the big screams in the home straight.

you're either very distracted or very new to athletics lol literally in every single race EVER the racers look around to see where the others are.

Some of these British commentators really chease me off ( can't use the other word). It was the same with the Rio Olympics, with the 400m final, until a New Zealand commentator took over and told it like it is. A world class athlete announcing himself on the world stage. From lane 8, by the way. In this clip, he sounds so excited to talk about the winner, but does not mention the fact that at 3.49.45, he receives two flags to celebrate. Which one is it? Is he Turkish? Reminds me of the French crowning of soccer world champions and the letter Trevor Noah received from the French Ambassador. They in the minority, but these iceholes should not be allowed to commentate on events, like sports, that has the potential to unite us as ONE. Otherwise, i would suggest that Abby Martin, Joe Rogan, Trevor Noah, Jimmy Dore... etc, etc .... , should start [attacking] the sporting platform. In 1995, Nelson Mandela had a recorded conversation with Francois Pienaar(Captain of the Springboks), i cannot speak for Francois, but i believe it changed his life. It certainly changed my opinion on sports and its power to unite people. By the way, as if it matters, i'm South African and i am not white( no offense to my white country men and women).
