I live in Clapham and would say that location definitely matters! Its good to be in an area with loads of food / drink places, cinemas, clubs etc. and it's great not having to go into central LDN for all those things. Happy for you guys and excited to see a house tour when you move in! xx

You should check out Fulham riverside, its so beautiful. It has a gym, concierge, a huggge sainsburys, beautiful garden where you can play table tennis and the garden itself is beautiful, and imperial wharf station is walking distance.
